DAY 3…PRAY FOR PEACE TO GUARD HER HEART.

Lord, keep the widow from being anxious, but instead let her cast her cares
on you. Thank you for the promise of perfect peace for those who keep their
mind on you. Teach her how to pray and trust you during these uncertain
times allowing her to experience peace that surpasses understanding.
(Isaiah 26:3, Philippians 4:6)
Lord, fear is often the widow’s closest companion. Every time you were about
to do something new, drastic, powerful, or mysterious, you sent angels with the “do not be afraid” command. Please send warrior angels with this same
admonition. Let her know that you will work everything out for good for those
who love you. Protect her from the fear of failure, children who would turn
from you, or the fear that life will always be sad and lonely. You make a home
for the lonely (Psalm 68:6).
“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I
give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.” -John 14:27
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for
the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

PRAYER OF THE HEART.
Lord may Your grace be sufficient to uphold me, so that I may be comforted and kept by it, not yielding to despondency at any time.
I commit all the dear ones that You have given me, into Your loving hands. Bless them and supply all the needs of their today and future.
O God, meet all my daily needs also and lead me by the way that You desire. I submit myself and all that I have, to Your perfect will.
In Jesus’ name I pray.
