Passing kindness forward simply means doing something good for the next person after someone else does something good for you.
Kindness simply makes the world a better place and even the smallest act of kindness can lighten up someone’s face and make their day!
This moral virtue manifests itself when we are empathetic and compassionate toward others, strangers included. It involves seeing the best in others when they cannot see it in themselves and it is something anyone can give without losing anything.

Remember, being kind to others is not just beneficial to them. It makes us better and happier, and most importantly, it pleases God. Kindness helps us foster closer relationships, keeps things in perspective, creates a sense of belonging, and just so you know, it is good for your heart as it reduces stress and anxiety!
However, many people always think that being kind always involves losing something of monetary value, and nothing could be further from the truth. There are numerous, random, free gestures of kindness that one can give any day at any time.
Acts of Kindness
Here is list of completely free random acts of kindness is not exhaustive, so please feel free to add more in the comment section.
They include giving an unexpected complement, planting a tree, letting someone cut in front of you in line, giving someone your seat on a crowded bus, helping someone struggling with heavy luggage, assisting someone who looks lost in the street, donating clothes/books you no longer wear/read, saying something encouraging to a parent struggling with a kid throwing a tantrum in a store, smiling at someone who looks sad, writing a thank you note to a mailman/ courier, talking to a stranger in a party who looks like they don’t know anyone, visiting a children’s/ nursing home and playing games with the residents and picking up a piece of litter on the street and throwing it out.
Quite enlightening, right? All of us have something kind to offer. So the next time you feel incapacitated to pass kindness forward, please remember that almost all the time, kindness is free.
Kindness makes you the most beautiful person in the world, no matter what you look like.Anonymous
