Dear Jesus Christ, I understand that it is very important that I declare my faith in you; I must believe that you died for my sins and resurrected to give me life. Therefore, I affirmatively declare that I believe you died and resurrected for my sins; I confess you as my personal Lord and Savior. From now on, I will serve you with a clean and clear mind, and I will also share your resurrection story with other people so that they can believe and be saved also.
