Father CK Foundation idea was conceived and birthed a very long time ago. The founder, our priest and servant Rev. Father Charles Kinyua, envisioned an organization that would empower communities and better the society by supporting all aspects of family life.
From this goal, the 5 departments/ initiatives were created: Evangelism, Education, Medical, Counselling and Mentorship, and Business Support. Smooth operation and availability of funds for these departments were curbed by just one issue: NGO certification.

Please Receive my sincere gratitude for supporting me through this journey, both financially and through your prayers.
Evangelism

The Evangelism Department has enabled registration of over 1,000 members of the Father Kinyua’s Online Congregation, and its team works together to ensure smooth running of evangelical activities such as streaming of online masses. Its biggest achievement is amassing over 350,000 members of the Father Kinyua’s Online Congregation, a Facebook page where Father CK shares, prayers, mass readings, devotions, gospel reflections et cetera. We hope to have over 1,000,000 registered members over the next 5 years.
Education

The Education Department identifies needy cases of bright students and enrolls them into the Timeless Vision Scholars initiative. This initiative offers full academic sponsorship for needy students and also caters for additional needs such as transport, shopping and upkeep money. We are sponsoring 20 needy students at the moment and are hoping to support over 100 in the next five years. The initiatives depends entirely on the support of donors and well-wishers.
Medical

The Medical Department is closely knitted to the Education Department. Through the ‘Bent not Broken’ Initiative, we have been able to seek medical assistance for over 15 children with correctible congenital and acquired orthopedic conditions. Also, through the relentless support of well-wishers, we have been able to donate 7 wheelchairs to children with cerebral palsy and other conditions. Out of these children we also identified a few cases and are sponsoring their education in conjunction with the Timeless Vision Scholars initiative.
Counselling/ Mentorship

Mental Health has gradually become a matter of global concern over recent years. Many people, the youth especially, are struggling with psychological problems and negative coping behaviors. The Counseling/ Mentorship department team is working towards preventing, destigmatizing and demystifying mental illness. Through resident and external counselling psychologists, we offer counseling sessions for people of all age groups, and connect them to further assistance where necessary. The mentorship program has over 200 youth members, specifically students at the secondary and tertiary education levels. From time to time, we meet and interact with these members and offer them a ‘safe space’ to open up about school/life’s challenges and help them find viable solutions to them. Our biggest achievement in mentorship so far is a successful rite of passage online training that was held in December 2022, for both girls and boys.
Business Support

After a very successful Business Novena held in August 2022, the foundation saw a need to continue interacting with business owners past the novena. Firstly, there was physical interaction while handing over business commitment documents to business owners within Nairobi. Theses documents were powerful declarations of doing business to honor God. From this interaction, the Father CK Business Community was born. It is a Facebook group with over 30,000 business owner members who network, market their products and services and enrich each other spiritually by praying together for their businesses and brands. We intend to walk with these members, have physical workshops and exhibitions and support them spiritually as they run their businesses. These activities are again dependent on well-wisher support.
We humbly welcome you to walk with us as we begin this noble journey!
