Prayer Focus: Strength for Your Daughter
Novena for Daughters Day 3 Video

If I asked most people to think of a warrior woman mentioned in Judges 4 and 5, I am pretty sure that most minds would go straight to Deborah. However, she is not the only woman of valour detailed in this particular part of the Bible. There is another and her name is Jael.
I love Jael because, like Delilah and God (when Hosea 13:8 compares Him to a “mother bear”), Jael shows that women are not just the “weaker vessels” that 1st Peter 3:7 suggests. We are also strong, fierce, fighters and forces to be reckoned with!
Prayer

Lord God, You know my daughter’s heart better than anyone, including me. I pray she has the courage to stand up for her beliefs and for her to always walk closely with You, trusting You to reveal to her the path You’ve set before her.
May she make smart decisions in all circumstances. I pray she seeks counsel and rest in You first and foremost.
Strengthen her for her journey, help her to know she is abundantly loved and bestow the wisdom and prudence needed for her life’s work.
Thank you for the gift of my daughter. May she bloom and continue to grow in Your light. Amen.
Daily Prayer of Blessing
My daughter, you are my child whom I love; with you I am well pleased. I love you with all my heart, and so does God!
I speak all good blessings into you as a daughter; I call your spirit to life, breaking every curse spoken or send against you. I speak life into your soul that you may rise up and not fall down.
May you be surrounded with quality friends:
who build-up instead of tear-down
who inspire godliness, instead of provoke evil
who are faithful to you, rather than flighty
who are passionate about you, not apathetic towards you,
who don’t compare
who are not vain
who will encourage you to guard your heart
I give to you the blessing of my prayers. You are worthy, you are holy, you are blessed, you are wanted, you are loved.
I love you and bless you with the promises of God. You are His and have been set apart from the world for His Holy purposes.
I bless you with God’s everlasting love, wisdom, peace, and joy. I bless you with sexual purity, marital fidelity, and many children of your own.
May God continue to keep His hand of favor and prosper you in all that you do, and may you serve our Lord Jesus Christ all the days of your life.
Amen.
Amen in Jesus mighty name
Amen and Amen.
