My Father and Lord, I come to You in my distress, seeking peace for my sleep. By the authority of Jesus, I rebuke any disturbances and anxieties that disrupt my rest. Fill my heart with Your calming presence, and grant me sweet and undisturbed sleep. Protect my mind from wandering thoughts and bring serenity to my soul. In Your loving care, I find refuge and tranquility. In Jesus’ name, I pray for peaceful and restful nights. Amen.
