Our Heavenly Father, Your Son showed us the power of forgiveness on the cross. Grant me the grace to embody His example. Soften my heart, that I may release bitterness and resentment. Help me understand that forgiveness does not excuse wrongdoing, but frees me from its grip. Fill me with Your love, empowering me to extend mercy to those who’ve hurt me. As You’ve forgiven me, let me forgive others. Heal the wounds within me, and may Your Holy Spirit guide my steps towards reconciliation. In forgiveness, may I reflect Your heart and experience the peace only You provide. In Jesus’ name, I seek the ability to forgive. Amen.
