Righteous Father, I come before You, seeking the gift of self-control. Your Spirit empowers us to overcome our impulses and desires. Help me exercise discipline over my thoughts, words, and actions. When faced with temptation, let Your Word be my shield, guiding me away from harmful choices. Strengthen me to prioritize what aligns with Your will and purpose. Grant me the wisdom to discern between fleeting pleasures and lasting fulfillment found in obedience to You. May self-control be evidence of Your transforming work within me, reflecting the character of Christ. In Jesus’ name, I seek self-control for a life pleasing to You. Amen.
