Heavenly Father,
As we gather in prayer on this blessed Sunday morning, we come before you with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of another day and for the opportunity to worship you in spirit and in truth.
On this Fourth Sunday of Easter, we reflect on the image of Jesus as the Good Shepherd, who lays down his life for his sheep. Lord, help us to hear your voice amidst the noise of the world and to follow you with trust and obedience.
Grant us, Lord, the grace to recognize your presence in our lives and to respond with faith and love. May we be like sheep who know the voice of their shepherd, following you with confidence and assurance.
As we gather for worship today, may our hearts be filled with joy and thanksgiving for the abundant blessings you have bestowed upon us. Help us to enter into your presence with reverence and awe, offering you our praise and adoration.
Lord, as we hear your word proclaimed and receive you in the Eucharist, may our souls be nourished and our spirits refreshed. Fill us with your grace and strengthen us for the week ahead, that we may go forth as witnesses to your love and mercy in the world.
Bless our families, Lord, and guide us in the ways of peace and justice. May your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
